Short answer
Most of Westboro's houses were built between 1900 and 1960, and condominium buildings along Richmond Road and the other main streets are adding density. In the 2021 census, the Ottawa Neighbourhood Study's wider 'Westboro' area was 21.9% single-detached houses and 42.3% apartments in buildings of five or more storeys.
